Calvert Wellness

The purpose of Calvert Wellness is to provide educational resources and opportunities for staff, students, and the community to engage in activities to enhance health through partnerships with the health department and hospital for improved access to community resources to support wellness initiatives and improved health outcomes.

1000 Hours Outside is a global movement designed for individuals of any age in any environment. Join the journey and watch your life transform before your eyes.

This challenge is all about making small changes that will have a big impact. You will be making decisions every day to do an activity that you normally may have done inside - and instead, transition it outside (for example, reading a book or eating lunch).

American Heart Association

Building on key learnings from nearly 45 years in America’s schools, the Kids/American Heart Challenge focuses on whole body wellness, helping students improve their own health and better their character while raising life-saving donations for the American Heart Association to help kids facing heart-health issues.
