Posts and content shared by the official Calvert County Public Schools (CCPS) Facebook pages reflect official CCPS information. Comments and opinions expressed by non-CCPS users, as well as links to external websites, do not necessarily represent the views of Calvert County Public Schools.

By allowing posts, CCPS provides a limited open forum for discussion about CCPS programs and activities. However, certain topics are excluded, including content unrelated to the subject at hand, employee personnel matters, student information that can identify individuals, copyrighted material without permission, confidential information, or material that is obscene, defamatory, discriminatory, violent, threatening, vulgar, or sexual in nature, or content likely to cause significant disruption at schools.

CCPS reserves the right to remove any content that does not adhere to these guidelines or may disrupt the school environment. This policy will be enforced without regard to the viewpoint expressed. Additionally, unauthorized advertising, business promotions, spam, political or campaign messages, and other unrelated personal expressions will be removed. Users are encouraged to report any content that violates Facebook’s code of conduct to the appropriate CCPS department, school, or program.
