Vision

Calvert County Public Schools Fine and Performing Arts equips students with the skills needed to achieve personal growth, hone their artistic voice, and actively engage with the world around them.

Overview

Calvert County Public School offers courses and activities in a variety of Fine and Performing Arts areas in grades K-12. Students receive instruction in both Music and Visual art beginning in Kindergarten. Older students have the opportunity to take courses that specialize within an art form. Many opportunities exist for students to enrich their Arts experience. Offerings include All-County and Tri-County Honor music ensembles, Marching Band, Theatre Productions, Theatre Festivals, and art exhibitions at the county and state level.
