Become a Volunteer

Become a volunteer at CCPS

Individuals interested in volunteering with CCPS must review the Volunteer Handbook, watch the Volunteer Training Video, and submit the online Volunteer Application. Volunteers must be approved before providing volunteer services in any school building.

Per the Volunteer Requirements (Policy 8123), volunteers must be at least 21 years of age unless they are the parent or guardian of a student enrolled in CCPS.

Please note: The Volunteer Application is for volunteers only and should not be completed by school visitors.

  1. Read the Volunteer Handbook.
  2. Complete the online CCPS Volunteer Application.
    • The application may be completed on a computer or mobile device.
    • The CCPS Volunteer Training Video (approximately 14 minutes) is included in the application and must be viewed before the application can be submitted.
