Planning and Construction Forms

Thank you for your interest in the Calvert County Public Schools (CCPS) Construction Program. CCPS requires that all interested contractors be prequalified prior to bidding on any upcoming or future projects. Please complete the Contractor Prequalification Questionnaire below, have it notarized, and submit for consideration with required documents to the attention of Mr. Wayne Gleason, Supervisor for Planning and Construction.

If your company is approved, it will be allowed to bid on upcoming CCPS projects. Please keep in mind that the pre-qualification questionnaire needs to be updated on a yearly basis.

Minority Business Enterprises are encouraged per CCPS Policy 7008. Contractor Prequalification is required. Applications are also available at the CCPS Administrative Offices. Applications must be updated annually.
