LMBs operate in each Maryland jurisdiction, partnering with county leadership, public and private agencies and businesses to build communitites in which all children and familites thrive. CCFN uses grant funds to pay for the following functions: Planning; Fiscal Management; Oversight; and Public Awareness. Offices are ADA compliant and within 100 yeards of public transportation.
