Lighting Replacement for Energy Savings!!
These new fixtures replaced 400 watt mercury vapor lamp fixtures. The new fixtures provide 192 watts. Originally the footcandles were measured at approximatley 30. The new energy efficient fixtures are providing approximatley 65 footcandles. Not only do they use half the energy and improve the lighting, turning them off for short periods of time increases savings.
