Welcome to Adult Education in Calvert County, Maryland.
The Adult Education Program offers literacy services to all adults, age 16 and above, not currently enrolled in school. Classes provided include: Adult Basic Education (ABE), GED preparation and English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESL). The External Diploma Program is an alternative method for adults 18 and older to earn a high school diploma. Practice GED testing and counseling are available for students preparing to take the GED test. The Adult Education Office is located just off of Route 2/4 in Huntingtown.
