School Facilities Department: Work Orders



The work order system, Team Works, is an application through which all schools and departments can submit a work order to the School Facilities department in a matter of a few clicks of the keyboard. The work order is then printed with a priority code and put in the appropriate mailbox for one of the maintenance workers to complete. Once the job is completed, the work order is then returned to our Team Works Technician; he inputs the data into the system. The completed work order shows the man-hours, materials used, total cost, and the date the job is completed. Team Works prints out preventative maintenance work orders on a timely basis. CCPS is working to implement many more functions of this system in the future.
